We are all on some level seeking to live a full and happy life. And yet, at times it seems so elusive. Whether one is in a relationship or not, has a great job or not, has the appearance of success or not, there is something that remains deep and ingrained that keeps people from being fully present and able to really enjoy life. I’ve seen people who have self-medicated to the point of addiction, who on the outside look as if they are the pinnacle of success but internally are miserable and people who are just trying to get by, day by day. We spend so much energy to appease the voices in our head to the detriment of our health, sanity and well-being. It is my desire to use the tools at my disposal to access the parts of oneself that require tending and healing. I can guarantee a compassionate presence for anyone, especially those seeking to embody themselves more fully in this life, unafraid to experience the joys and the sorrows that make this life the magical journey it is meant to be. I know at times the journey can seem hard. Let me help support you through those rough edges. We are here to be challenged, but not to suffer.
Before being called to healing work, I was a full-time mom. Before that, I was in corporate America after completing a double major degree at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. I am from the midwest and that is why some people confuse my accent with that of a Canadian. I am not a Canadian, though I did marry one over a decade ago. We have two beautiful children who are my teachers.
In 2014 I became certified as a Hypnotherapist and began a practice. Soon after, my husband had a vision of me with crystal singing bowls so we acquired them. Since then I have lovingly and devotedly embraced this path by holding healing sound baths up to 3 times per week in addition to my hypnotherapy work with individuals. This has resulted in a unique offering, guided fully by the wisdom that exists beyond this physical reality. Let me help you remember who you really are.
