Triangle Breath

Triangle Breath – minimum of 5 minutes EVERY DAY to breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts and roll right into the inhale for 4 counts and carry on.   Keep your eyes open or in soft gaze for the duration.  Do not engage in any other activity while doing the breathing.  Breath deeply into the belly, pushing the bellybutton away from the spine on the inhale, toward the spine on the exhale. Remember, EVERY DAY.  Set a timer.  It will be over before you know it.
